Privacy Policy

The controller responsible for data processing is the provider named in the legal notice (Impressum).

What we process: your email address and login data (or your name and email address if you sign in with Google); the information you enter or upload for your letters, including your CV and your About Me profile; the letters you generate; your credit balance and purchases; and the time of each generation, which we use to prevent abuse.

Why: to provide the service and fulfil our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep the service secure and prevent misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers: Supabase (accounts and database, servers in the EU/Ireland); Vercel (hosting); Anthropic (the AI model that writes and proofreads your letter — the content of your request is sent to Anthropic for this purpose; under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train its models); Stripe (payments — we never see your card details); Google (only if you sign in with Google). Some providers are based in the USA; transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Storage period: we keep your data as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the account panel; this deletes your profile, letters, balance and generation history. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores what is technically necessary to keep you signed in.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
