Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

Credits are digital content. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun. Delivery begins when you use a credit to unlock a letter.

Unused credits: within 14 days of a purchase, you can get a refund for every credit from that purchase that you have not used yet, at the price you paid per credit.

Technical problems: if a generation fails, no credit is used. If a letter you paid for is defective — for example incomplete or in the wrong language — contact us within 14 days and we will restore the credit or refund it.

To request a refund, write to us from the email address of your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe.
